What kind of accommodations can I book at the hotel?
You can book our Skipper and Upper Deck rooms for two guests. Overlooking the sea, our Sun Deck rooms can welcome up to three guests. The Pleasure Craft rooms are for families; they feature a lounge area and can welcome up to four guests. The Crew Dorms can hold up to eight.

What is your booking policy?
To confirm your reservation, we ask you for a valid bank card number, along with its expiry date. If the card is not valid, we are obliged to cancel the reservation. The person who makes the booking must be over 18 years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult and cannot stay by themselves at the hotel.

What are the hotel’s available booking option?

Our booking options are as follows:
Flexible stay: free cancellation up to D-1.
If you cancel one day before arrival, reimbursement is not possible and you are billed for the first night without extras.
If you cancel on the day of arrival or do not show up, the reservation is billed at 100% and cannot be reimbursed.
Non-reimbursable rate and early booking: when the reservation is made, it is billed at 100% and is not reimbursable.

What are check-in and check-out times at the hotel?

Check-in is possible starting at 3 p.m. Normally, rooms must be vacated before 12 noon, although it is possible to request vacating the room by 4 p.m. maximum.
Any request for a late check-out depends on availability on the day of check-out and must be made directly at the reservation desk.


What are the various hotel services?

L'Eautel has a bistronomic restaurant called L'Equerre, where you can eat every day of the week from 6:30 a.m. To 10:30 p.m. Our restaurant proposes Mediterranean-style cuisine featuring seafood and local products in a contemporary nautical setting. Our bar welcomes you with a collection of signature cocktails and tapas to share. You’ll appreciate our well-being area on the rooftop, with a pool and overlooking the bay of Toulon and Mont Faron. The well-being area has an outdoor pool, a beauty treatment and massage room and a solarium.

Is there a conciergerie service at the hotel?

Would you like to tour the city before your departure, without having to worry about your luggage? You may leave your suitcases free of charge at the reception desk.

Do you allow animals in the hotel?

Animals are welcome at our hotel under certain conditions. They must remain with their owners. You must let us know beforehand. There is an additional charge of €15 per day for a stay at the hotel. Dogs and cats are allowed in the room.

Is the hotel appropriate for families?
L'Eautel is appropriate for families. Our family rooms welcome up to four and our dorms can hold up to eight guests. A baby bed and bathtub, as well as a bottle warmer, are available upon request.
Is the hotel accessible for the disabled?
L’Eautel has specially arranged rooms for disabled individuals. You may call on our receptionists to help you get around or assist with your luggage. Our rooms meets your needs with a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and transfer bars.
Is the hotel romantic?

L’Eautel is perfect for an idyllic stay. From our rooms with a view of the sea, you can admire the sunset on the bay, share a moment for two in our rooftop pool or enjoy a dual massage in our treatment room. In the evening, you can share an intimate dinner at L’Equerre, our bistronomic restaurant; in the morning, enjoy breakfast in your room.

What services are available for a couple?

For couples, we propose privatizing the rooftop pool for a one-hour period or massages and treatments together in the treatment room.


How do I get to your hotel?

Since the hotel is very close to the SNCF train station, you can easily walk to the hotel. By bus, at the Préfecture Maritime stop take Line 15 going toward Bas Faron-Port-Liberté and get off at Gare Toulon (18 min).
From the Toulon-Hyères Airport, take the Line 102 bus at the Liberté stop (going toward Gare Routière-Aéroport Toulon Hyères) and get off at Aéroport Toulon Hyères (45 min).
Taxis are available, and we offer a passenger car with driver service for your airport transfers.

Does your hotel have an airport shuttle?

Is it easy to park at your hotel?

We propose secure private parking at Place de l’Equerre for €17 per day. Parking depends on availability. Please contact the reception desk to make a reservation.

L’Eautel has an ideal location at the heart of the historic center of Toulon, facing the port and the bay area.

What district is the hotel located in?
The building is located in the renovated Rue des Arts district, facing the Naval Museum and between the waterfront and Place de l’Equerre.
What towns are near the hotel?

The hotel is located within the city of Toulon. From this central location, you can take full advantage of the Var region. Since you are close to the port, it’s easy to reach the Porquerolles, Paul Ricard and Port Cros Islands by boat. Located in a viticultural area that is well-known for its wines, Bandol is 15 kilometers distant.

At Sanary-sur-Mer, you can enjoy the calm of a seaside resort and admire its small fishing port and pastel-colored homes. For those who love nature and diving, the not-to-be-missed city of Hyères is just 20 kilometers away.

The beaches at La Ciotat are 35 kilometers from Toulon.

L’Eautel features l’Equerre, a bistronomic restaurant. Here, you can discover local specialties prepared with authenticity. When the weather is warm, take advantage of the terrace to watch the activity on Place de l’Equerre. Chef Yoann Silve concocts dishes with outstanding taste that are prepared using Mediterranean products.

What type of breakfast is served and at what time?

Our buffet breakfast is served from 6:30 to 10 a.m., Monday through Friday, and from 7 to 10:30 a.m. on weekends and holidays. Our breakfast is made from fresh local products served buffet-style or à la carte.

You’ll find various types of bread, pastries and other sweet rolls, along with warm beverages and pressed fruit juices, various cheeses, cold cuts and homemade smoked salmon, as well as the local specialties fougasse and pissaladière.

At the seaside, take advantage of your visit to learn scuba-diving. Toulon features a number of sites where you can discover aquatic plants and animals and maybe a sunken ship or two. Those who love thrills can try wakeboarding or parasailing.

For a calmer adventure, take to the turquoise waters in a kayak or travel on the JLD’A sailboat that’s over 70 years old.

What are the most popular attractions near the hotel?

There are Mont Faron, the Naval Museum, the Arsenal Portal, Place de la Liberté, the Royal Tower and Fort Saint-Louis.


Why do you need the information on my credit card?
Generally, your bank information is used only as a guarantee in case you don’t show up or cancel beyond the cancellation deadline. Not showing up at the hotel may entail fees (equivalent to the rate for one night). Please note that the hotel makes a pre-authorization on your credit card before your arrival to have a guarantee. Pre-authorization enables checking the validity of your bank information for booking, but no amount is deducted. However, some promotional offers and no-cancellation rates require advance payment.
What are the conditions for canceling at your hotel?

If you need to cancel a reservation, please consult the terms and conditions on your booking confirmation.

For booking at a flexible rate:
No charge for canceling up to one day before your stay.

If you cancel later than this or do no show up at the hotel, you will be billed 100% for the reservation, which is not reimbursed.

Can I bring my pet?

We welcome your four-footed friend (cat or dog). There is an extra charge of €15 per night, and food is not included.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
Once you have booked, a booking confirmation is displayed on your screen. It lists all the information about your booking, along with your booking number. You will also receive an email with this information at your email address. If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam folder and call the hotel directly at 04 89 51 90 90 if necessary.
